Looking for a Learn-to-Skate program? We've got it! Ramsey County is pleased to present this unique learn-to-skate- program for all ages. This is a great opportunity to learn the skills needed for pleasure skating, figure skating, hockey, or speed skating, no matter what level you're at! Fundamental skill learning in these areas begins with quality instruction.

The program is an authorized Ice Skating Institute (ISI) program and provides the opportunity to learn the basics or master techniques.

PLEASE NOTE AND READ CAREFULLY
  • SKATING SCHOOL FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE.
  • Registration is on a first come/first serve basis. Fee due at time of registration.
  • No friends or parents in the practice area.
  • We recommend that beginning skaters wear mittens and helmets (bike helmets are okay) and all skaters have single blade skates. Helmets should be worn in practice area.
  • Hockey players should be in full equipment but no hockey sticks are allowed in the practice area.
  • For safety reasons, we ask that nobody be on the ice without skates.
  • Please sit in the area behind the plexiglass during class sessions so students are not distracted.
  • Pros are available to contact for private lessons in basic skills of all areas of skating. Contact office at 651-770-7324
